C’mon, who doesn’t like diner coffee? We might be called your typical hipster coffee snobs but we still love it.

We sought to recreate that classic flavor but kick it up a notch. Because, you know, we can. We can’t give away all of our secrets, but think of this coffee as essentially a “Medium-rare bean”. Dark and toasty on the outside, but inside the beans still carry the specifics of the light roasted single origins that make up this iconic blend.
