We're a third-wave roaster based in Philadelphia's center city, and we've been obsessive about sourcing and roasting since the beginning. That means rotating single origins from places like Ethiopia, Tanzania, Peru, and Venezuela alongside our permanent house blends — each one roasted to let the coffee speak for itself, not to mask it.
Whether you reach for something bright and floral in the morning or something dark and grounding on a cold afternoon, there's something here for you. No decoder ring required. If you're not sure where to start, The House is what we pull at the cafe every day — and The Diner is for anyone who will always have a soft spot for a classic cup.
