3. Orders and Purchases
Placing an order

Payment

Shipping
We ship whole-bean coffee to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only. Habitat Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
In-shop purchases
All in-shop sales are final. We do not accept returns on consumable products. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us and we will make it right.
4. Subscription Orders
If you subscribe to a recurring coffee delivery, you authorize Habitat Coffee to charge your payment method on the frequency you selected. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at [info@habitat.coffee]. Cancellations made before your next scheduled order date will take effect for that cycle. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already shipped.
5. Cart and Catering Services
Catering and coffee cart bookings are subject to a separate agreement and deposit, which will be provided at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Cancellation terms will be specified in the catering agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Habitat Coffee House and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
